21-Day Personal brand challenge for changemakers

Personal Brand is just another word for reputation. It’s about how people see you and what they say about you when you’re not in the room. It’s not something you want to leave to chance, especially if you’re on a mission to make a difference in the world.

The single biggest problem with communication is the illusion that it has taken place.
— George Bernard Shaw

Many change initiatives fail to stand out

In a perfect world, initiatives would get the attention they deserve purely based on merit. Unfortunately, we don’t live in that perfect world. How well you position yourself as the founder of your initiative is a driving force that will prove crucial in getting people on board. You want to reach the right audience and get them to support your idea for change. Only then will you turn your social innovation project into a success.

Changemakers don’t like being in the spotlight

They give everything they have to make their initiatives work but lack the time to let the world know about it. Most of them want to but run into something that ends up holding them back. Some know that reputation opens doors, but they don’t like promoting themselves. Others try, but they go blank when searching for the right words. Some need help catching their blind spots but don’t know who to ask. If you don’t start putting your face as the cover of your work.

If people like you they’ll listen to you, but if they trust you they’ll do business with you.
— Zig Ziglar

Use your personal brand to radiate trust

You want to reach the audience and get the support you deserve to turn your social innovation projects into success. We are here to help.

During the challenge, you will learn to use the Brand the Change methodology and tools and apply them within a personal brand framework that will place your reputation at the service of the change.

You’ll work with a group of peers to feel accountable and receive expert support to take control of your narrative. You’ll find a simple and clear way to answer those seemingly simple questions:

  • Who is your audience?

  • What do you tell them?

  • How do you influence what they say about you when you’re not in the room?
