about the author
anne miltenburg
Anne (the Netherlands, 1981) worked at leading brand agencies for over a decade: first, as a designer, later as a creative director and strategist.
She grew increasingly frustrated that great ideas, products, and services for social and environmental change weren’t getting the brands and the audiences they deserved.
After speaking to hundreds of changemakers worldwide, she realized there was a serious lack of knowledge and skills on building brands for change.
Conventional books on branding were inspiring but vague on the process and execution and had little relevance to those pursuing change.
The right knowledge, tools, and examples on building a brand from A–Z could help changemakers turn the tide.
What started as a personal quest and a book has grown into what it is today: a community of professionals sharing branding knowledge to help Brand The Change.
