THIS FREE EVENT STARTS AT 10AM RIO DE JANEIRO | 3PM BERLIN | 4PM NAIROBI | 9PM MANILA TIME
This month we are hosting an open Think Tank to help the four social entrepreneurs and brand professionals get answers to their brand-related questions. In an informal, fun and interactive 1.5 hour session, we will form coalitions around each brand.
REMOkey ASKS: how can we make our recycled origins label clearer and more effective?
REMOkey is a label that helps consumers make more sustainable choices by communicating the percentage of recycled materials in clothes, shoes, curtains, and other consumer products made out of fabric. This information, provided on labels attached to the products on the shelves, is intended to make it easier for consumers to shift their preference to brands which use recycled materials.
Jesse Dolstra (sales and marketing at REMOkey) wants to test how consumers perceive the messaging on their labels, and how they might improve it.
Green Elbows ASKS: How can we build community around our brand?
With a background in landscape architecture and great interest in botany and gardening, Rebecca Burton has been designing green spaces from Brooklyn to Zurich since 2016. Through her Portugal-based brand Green Elbows, she is working with her partner Bruno to bring back the wonder and excitement of having a splash of green in life.
Rebacca and Bruno are looking for tips on how to build community around their brand.
‘Break Down Wake Up’ asks: how do you perceive our brand?
Brand The Change certified trainer Maria Spitaleri & community member Silvia Lopes are big fans of Break Down Wake Up, a podcast series and training programme on mental health. They will be supporting its founder, Meg Mateer, by strengthening the BDWU brand.
Before they start their work, they would like to know how people currently perceive the brand, and what they might need to change in order to improve this.
ABOUT THIS EVENT
This think tank is part of our series of free monthly community hangouts, open to all. Each month, we'll feature a new theme: a think tank, debate, skillshare, hot seat session, brand jam or fireside chat. You'll meet Anne, Wanjiru and the other community members, and we make sure you leave with at least one great connection, new skills or bit of knowledge or get an answer to a question you've been spinning your wheels on. Karibu, welcome! To receive an invite to the next community event, sign up to our newsletter.
