Who’s it for?
The BTC community is developed for both founders and professionals in the brand space. We’re a mix of creatives, coaches, strategists, marketers, and communication experts keen to learn so much more. People with a wide range of skills, and different disciplines, levels of experience, and cultural backgrounds. This is the only community where you will find an Argentinian packaging designer focused on sustainability, a Saudi-Arabian life coach, and a German brand architecture expert discussing the merits of Unilever’s sustainability program, the latest logo scandal, or an ethical marketing code of conduct.

FAQs
Can I get a certificate when I finish a course?
Yes. We award digital certificates of completion to participants who share their completed coursework with us at the end of the course. Find instructions on how to submit your work at the end of each course.
Can I share my membership with a colleague or friend?
As a community stands and falls by trust, we need to know who is on the platform. Therefore, a membership gives one individual access to the community. Read more in our T&Cs. For teams of more than two people we offer a volume discount. Email us at hello@brandthechange.org
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you want to quit the membership you can cancel anytime on the platform and your plan will be canceled immediately. The next month won’t be billed.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
We only offer refunds on annual memberships. If you start an annual membership and you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of starting the subscription and we will cancel the membership and give you a full refund.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
Yes. You will receive an automated alert a few days before it renews so you have the option to cancel it. If the membership fee was billed to your credit card but you had intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we can refund it in full.
Can I get an official invoice for my payments?
Yes. You can download invoices and adjust your billing information on the platform.
Can I use your tools with my clients?
The membership gives you a license to work with our tools with third parties under specific conditions. Read more in our T&Cs.
What if I don’t have a credit card?
For those who do not have a credit card, we offer an annual subscription of $289 (a discount of $71 compared to the monthly subscription). You can pay via bank transfer or MPESA (in Kenya). Please email us your request with your full billing address (company name, post address, country, and any VAT/TAX numbers) to hello@brandthechange.org. We will send you an invoice and details for payment. After the payment is received, we will send you a link to log in. We will manually bill you each year for renewal.
