use the power of BRAND to amplify solutions to our social and environmental crises

IT TAKES A VILLAGE to build a brand

In a perfect world, solutions for the climate crisis and social justice would be embraced purely on their merit. But this isn’t a perfect world. We have to be smart about how we help people to embrace change.

‘Brand’ is a proven and powerful mechanism to build deep, long-term relationships with people. It is also notoriously complex. It requires a wide range of skills and knowledge.

But you don't have to do it alone. It takes a village to build a brand – and we are that village.

ABOUT US

Brand The Change was founded as a learning organization in 2014 in Nairobi by brand developer Anne Miltenburg.

We are best known for our yellow guidebook with the same title.

Over the years, a community of like-spirited brand professionals and social entrepreneurs emerged around the book.

Today, we're a 100% community-run initiative, on a mission to amplify solutions for the social and environmental crises using the power of 'brand'.
